We had a great customer service experience from Kyle of First Choice Mechanical. We just moved into an apartment and purchased new appliances and Kyle installed our overhead range and microwave through Lowe's. While he was there, he also kindly helped us by fixing our dishwasher. We didn’t know what was wrong with it, but he figured it out right away. It's all working great now and he exceeded our expectations. In fact, his service was so amazing we called him to come back to do some more work for us. We had him flip and re-install the doors on 2 new fridges. It would have taken us hours or days to figure out how to do it, but he did it in minutes. What a time saver! Also, when some difficulties arose, he was able to provide solutions quickly. He also fixed a toilet issue in one of our bathrooms. He has all the needed tools on hand and is very knowledgeable. He has a wide range of skills and experience to handle all kinds of tasks. He's very friendly and was able to schedule an appointment with us quickly. We are in Abbotsford, but he services many locations in the Fraser Valley.
